For three decades, Signature Teambuilding Founder Greg Huber has been leading programs for corporations, nonprofits and groups of young people. In that time, he’s seen the concept of corporate team building become synonymous with entertainment, such as go-karting, scavenger hunts and even cake decorating.
Greg believes it takes more to truly build a team. He believes you can learn while having fun. And he believes the effects of a day of teambuilding should last beyond the next morning’s coffee break.
Signature Teambuilding’s approach
Signature Teambuilding is all about results. Greg’s innovative team building activities, such as WaterWorx, are based on the positive behaviors clients want to see their employees develop. WaterWorx and his other programs are designed to encourage participants to build meaningful relationships, communicate more effectively, appreciate their teammates’ diverse talents and embrace change.
Signature Teambuilding organizes on-site and off-site team building activities in Richmond, VA and all over the United States. Learn more about Signature Teambuilding.
